Envipure Participation in Singapore International Water Week 2011

Envipure, a leading odor control and waste water management technology firm based Asia wide, has successfully participated in Singapore International Water Week 2011 from 4th to 7th July 2011. This marks a key mile stone in Envipure history as she actively engages stakeholders on the global platform in the 1,500 strong conference and exhibition held in Suntec City Convention Center with the likes of Hyflux International, CDM and SembCorp Industries for the second time.

It is in this year event, water and environmental entrepreneurs, scientists, consultants, engineers and venture capitalists come together for a common cause, to drive towards sustainable water solutions for a changing urban environment. Envipure has once again demonstrated for her leading role in the environmental conservation industry by sharing with all some of her proven technologies and core capabilities in scrubber technology (chemical and biological based), portable membrane based water solution and anaerobic UASB waste water treatment.

Envipure has enjoyed wide spectrum of visitors from Europe, Middle East and various parts of Asia like Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and China. Numerous inquiries about odor control system as well as containerized water generation are received. Invitations to engage in strategic local partnership by entities from Vietnam and Sri Lanka to develop and co-invest in water-infrastructure in their emerging economies are also offered to Envipure in the form of EPC and BOO commitment.

In SIWW 2011, Balclor, Envipure’s ballast water treatment system, was also formally introduced to the water community to announce Envipure’s broad vision and ownership in the water sector by moving beyond typical industrial and municipal solution provision to the marine industry. This product launch has gained substantial attention from Greater China and South East Asia market. This again shows Envipure’s ability to navigate into uncharted waters.

This is one of the many planned communication activities to engage our stakeholders on a broader spectrum. Envipure will wish to thank all for the hearty support.

Successful project completion at REC Singapore

ENVIPURE joined the celebrations with REC during its official opening of its solar-panel manufacturing plant by PM Lee Hsien Loong in Nov 2010. REC's plant at Tuas Singapore is the largest integrated plant in the world with total output capacity of 1.5 GW for solar-wafers, cells and modules.

ENVIPURE was a key partner to REC's design and construction team. Collaborating with the EPC Contractor M+W Group, ENVIPURE was responsible for the turn-key design and build of the Process Exhaust Scrubber Plant, capable of treatment of 92,000 m³/h with contaminants acid, NOx and solvents. In total, ENVIPURE designed and installed nearly 7 km of duct-run.

ENVIPURE Wins Safety Award from m+w at Intel-Micro Flash Plant

ENVIPURE was recently awarded the "SAFE CONTRACTOR AWARD" at IMFS for its excellent safety performance and track-record in the project. In addition to delivering on turn-key basis the process-exhaust system, ENVIPURE is also involved in the hook-up of various other sub-systems in this state-of-art plant specialized in manufacturing of flash-memory chips.



4.New award from Keppel Seghers for Dampers for Doha North Odor ControlClick to view

ENVIPURE Secures Additional Contract for Qatar Doha North Odor Control System

ENVIPURE has been awarded additional works for the Sewage Treatment Works (STW) in Doha North by the EPC Contractor Keppel Seghers, this time for the damper and flow-control system related to the central Odor Control Plant. The owner of this 450,000 m³/d STW is Ashghal, which is the Public Works Authority of Qatar.

ENVIPURE had in early 2010 already clinched the technology-package contract to design, supply and commission the central Odor Control Plant (OCP) for the STW. When completed in end-2011, it will be the largest in the MENA region with air treatment capacity of 480,000 m³/h to strip all malodorous compounds from the plant off-gases.
